What is a walkthrough appointment and why do I need one?
A walkthrough appointment is carried out before your cleaning service can begin and will be attended by either Kirsty or Sarah.
It usually takes no longer than 20 minutes and is beneficial for the following reasons:
To say a friendly hello and meet you to the first time!
To discuss your cleaning priorities.
To provide you with an estimate of how much time we think our cleaners for each visit so that you can decide on the frequency of your service (whether weekly or biweekly)
To answer any more questions you have about how the service works.
To provide you with potential start dates or more information about our waiting list.
We usually carry out walkthroughs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursday mornings depending on your area.
Once you have filled out the booking form we will be in touch to book a walkthrough appointment with you.
Can you explain about how the pricing works?
We send two cleaners to each appointment for a minimum of 2 hours service time between the two.
For example: a 9am-10am time slot will have 2 cleaners attending at the same time.
2 cleaners for 1 hour each will be a total service time of 2 hours of cleaning.
We charge £17 per hour per cleaner so this appointment will be £34
Why is the first clean longer than my regular cleans?
We usually ask your permission for the first appointment to a longer cleaning appointment so that the cleaners can become familiar with your home layout, read any notes and special instructions you have for them and give your home a thorough first clean before maintaining this high standard of cleaning on your regular appointments.
The extra time will be discussed and agreed with you on your walkthrough appointment.
How do the cleaning appointments work?
Once you have booked your walkthrough and we have visited your property we will be in touch to let you know an available start date for your first clean and your regular cleaning slot.
Your regular cleaning slot should stay roughly the same each week (or biweekly) and rarely change.
However, due to the nature of this industry adjustments in the cleaning rota and the logistic planning may need to be altered. Your cleaning times may vary slightly each week (or biweekly) but we will always stay in regular contact with you to keep you aware of any potential changes. You receive an email reminder 4 days before your appointment and a text message reminder 24 hours before your appointment to keep you informed of your time slot.
